Drawing on my extensive brand and toy category experience, I provide tailored marketing support to businesses of all shapes and sizes. I specialise in stepping in as an extension of your team, offering the expertise you need to get projects over the finish line.

To-date I’ve worked with a variety of clients across industries, offering tailored support that helps bring their projects and ideas to life. Some examples of my recent work include:

Marketing & NPD Support - Card Game Company

  • Designed and developed new games and branded merchandise, managed the process from concept to publication. This included liaising with licensors, working with inventors, and negotiating contracts.
  • Managed campaigns across the UK and Northern Europe, including growing the community through social media, an ambassador programme, and launching a consumer social club event.

Trade Marketing Support - FMCG Pet Food Company

  • Built, briefed, and executed shopper plans across key accounts such as Pets at Home, Boots, and Sainsbury’s. Collaborated closely with the commercial team to leverage opportunities both in-store and online.

Contractual Work for Clients 

  • Delivered a variety of projects, including trade show management, packaging design, website development, trade advertisements, online and email content creation, and style guide management.

Marketing Manager at Flair (Giochi Presiozi UK)

In 2003 I joined the Flair Leisure Products PLC marketing team and had the privilege of working across their extensive portfolio, from Dolls and Collectibles, Action Figures and Playsets, Creative Play, to Games.

Early on, I developed standout retail solutions, including best-in-class “shop in shop” displays for iconic brands like Sylvanian Families and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, helping them secure their respective No. 1 positions in the market. I also designed and launched thousands of Free-Standing Display Units (FSDUs) for collectibles brands such as Shopkins, while sourcing impactful in-store displays for well-loved names like Ben 10.

As my role grew, so did my responsibilities. I brought design work in-house, expanding my support from traditional trade marketing to a full-service approach that included all on and offline solutions as well as product development support.

I have worn many hats over the years, including content creator, media planner, event organiser, and brand manager. Overseeing classic brands such as Plasticine, re-launching Mr. Frosty while continuing to support other categories and brands across the portfolio.
